We’re about halfway through the season of Lent, so for those of you fasting or focusing on a particular spiritual discipline, things might be getting tough.
My friend Melissa shared an idea with me the other day that might help:
“Discipline is remembering what you want.” - David Campbell
It’s a great perspective, and it reminded me of some of the questions I asked myself before embarking on my Lenten journey .
So what do you want?
What do you want from this season, from yourself, and from life? And how does that help motivate you on tough days?
